Every year US Kids Golf Peggy Kirk Bell Award recognizes one junior golfer with good deed in and outside of golf course. This year they decided to grant the award to Grace.
Peggy Kirk Bell is a legendary lady in golf community and has done a lot to promote golf in women and girls and was the LPGA master teacher adn inducted into the Golf Teacher Hall of Hame. Grace had chance to meet her personally at her family-owned Pine Needle/Mid Pine Inn & Golf Club which hosted several US Women Open championships in the past and received award from her and US Kids Golf Foundation. It's a humble experience for Grace and the wholefamily and we would like to consider this an acknowledgement to our team's Birdie for ALL initiative to reach out to help cancer kids using our juniors and professionals talents in golf.
All our team members are high achievers in their life on and off the golf course. It's hard to keep up with all the great stories that just kept coming in the summer:
Congratulation to Eddy for qualifying and playing US Junior Amateur as one of two 13 years old juniors and being among a handful of honorable mentioning of their achievements at the ceremony there(Eddy mentioned his effort in Birdie for ALL) !
Congratulation to Hannah for qualifying and playing both US Women Open (almost as youngest until an alternative player from southern California joined the play) and US Girl Amateur!
Congratulate to Anna to win the overall champion in Northern California Junior Players Championship!
Congratulation to Mike for qualifying and playing at NCGA Amateur Stroke Play Championship!
Congratulation to Jody for being treated successfully under good drug protocol and being off from some drug treatment. Happy Birthday too (Jody will be always in our prayer in her path to a full and complete recovery)!
Congratulation to Paul for being accepted into the prestigious Phillips Exeter Academy high school with scholarship and playing in their golf team!
