Gracious Life Foundation (GLF) successfully hosted its first annual charity dinner on Sat, November 6 at Dynasty Seafood Chinese Restaurant at Cupertino! We got a full house of around 50 guests and their whole families, to listen to our inspiring stories and support our theme.
Cancer-fighting is a long journey and all kinds of resources and support are needed for cancer kids and families. GLF is dedicated to raising funds through our Birdie for ALL program and other outreach events to help leukemia and other cancer kids to survive and recover via golfing. We hope to get our message out and engage more loving people for this great undertaking.
Wish every one a happy and pleasant holiday season!
Bill Gorman from Bill Gorman Group, #1 real estate agent in Saratoga. Bill, you are super. Thanks for bringing all the smiling faces from your table.
Charles Fan, senior VP from EMC. Thanks for your continuous support to Birdie for ALL since our day one . Thanks for coming with Hanna and Billy too. We know you will bring up your kids as high achievers just like their dad. We all look up to you as a role model of career success, generous heart, humble and friendly approach to everyone around you.
Mike O'Neill, thanks for giving a moving testimonial speech as a leukemia survivor, a competitive golfer playing at collegiate tourneys and a successful professional in golf industry and also for helping to provide and set up our first mini-golf putting game at Lucile Packer Children's Hospital on November 3. We all share the happiness and pride of bringing so much fun to those suffering but brave patient kids at the hospital. Thank you so much, Mike. Look forward to working together to bring the inspiration and love of golf to more leukemia and other cancer kids.
